Experience the flavours of summer with FIRE & SALT, our garden‑side BBQ evening where smoke, fire and warm nights set the tone. From 20 June to mid‑September, Saturdays at Terrace come alive with live music and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere perfect for lingering over dinner.

Three exclusive menus showcase the best of fire‑cooked cuisine, each built around a different selection of meats and premium cuts, while also including fish for a well‑rounded experience. All menus are complemented by a variety of fresh salads and seasonal side dishes, ensuring a complete and balanced meal, while desserts and drinks are served à la carte.

All dishes are grilled over the outdoor BBQ and finished in the kitchen for a refined yet rustic touch.

Menu 1 — Ember (€40)

  • Grilled chicken with harissa and honey, marinated pork pluma with smoked paprika and garlic, flat iron steak, grilled squid and prawns with orange beurre blanc
    Menu 2 — Oak (€54)
  • Ribeye, French-trim lamb chop, aged picanha (30 days), artisan pork sausage, grilled seabass with fennel sauce
    Menu 3 — Black Flame (€79)
  • Aged beef skewer (45 days) with tiger prawn and foie gras, 100% national Wagyu rump
