Surf

Sagres is a well-known surf destination and offers a wide range of unspoiled beaches with conditions for all levels – from beginner to advanced, the Sagres waves are a unique experience. The best part about surfing is that it’s so fun so that by the time you check your watch you’ve already been surfing for two hours, and you don’t want to stop!

Your surf experience includes:

• Pick-up at Reception at the agreed time (usually 09h30 in the morning).
• Travel in a typical surf school van with other participants to the beach, which is chosen on the day according to weather and sea conditions.
• The trip can take a maximum of 25 minutes.
• The experience continues on the beach and you’ll carry your board down to the sand where you will be given your wetsuit and get changed.
• On the beach you’ll get instructions and learn about surfing, sea and safety and start warming up.
• After warming up you are ready to get into the water and ride your first wave!
