Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is between 15:00 and 16:00 depending typologies. Early check-in may be available on request and subject to availability. Luggage storage is provided. Check-out is at 11:00, with luggage pick up and storage also available.

Check-in begins at 14:00. Early check-in may be available on request and subject to availability. Check-out is at 12:00, with luggage pick up and storage also available.

Accommodation & House Amenities

Yes, complimentary items include cots (for under 3 years), potties, bath seats, bed guards, highchairs, pushchairs, and monitors. Some items require a refundable deposit. Yes, Kitchens are fully equipped with crockery for adults and children, cooking utensils, pots and pans, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Further on there is a welcome pack, coffee pods, washing tablets, and toiletries.

Yes, complimentary wi-fi is available. resort-wide. TVs feature HDMI and international/English channels; streaming platforms are not provided

Yes, the houses feature child-safe sockets, stairgates, blackout curtains, equipped kitchens, washing machines, and amenities including welcome packs. An additional complimentary Baby Concierge is available and can be booked prior to arrival.

Meal Plans & Restaurants

Accomodation in the villas is based on self-catering and does not include any board. Breakfast or Meal Supplements are offered and can be additionally booked. Meal plans must apply to the entire accommodation and number of people, are pre-paid, and can be cancelled prior to arrival. The accomodation in a hotel room includes breakfast per room (subject to special offers)

When parents add the meal plan for the entire stay and for all guests, we offer the meal plan free of charge for children aged 0–8, while children aged 9–12 pay only 50% of the meal plan rate.

Yes, for hotel rooms, from 22:00 to 06:00. The restaurant kitchens close at 21:30. For villas a delivery service or take away is available (during the meal periods) and can be booked online.

Yes, all restaurant meals may be charged to your room account.

Payment is only via room charge; direct card payments are not accepted.

Dietary Options

Vegan, gluten-free, halal, low carbohydrate, low fat, low sugar, low salt, and nut-free diets are available. Further diet restrictions can be provided on request.

Custom dietary requests are provided and should be made at least 24 hours before arrival. Chefs are also available to assist upon arrival. Or even when ordering the meal. The staff is very professional and always asks for special diet restrictions, when taking the order.

Yes, breakfast selections and hot dishes are available upon request. Additional options can be found at the resort convenience store and nearby supermarkets.

No, sun loungers cannot be reserved.

Noodles, mats, balls, and armbands are provided, subject to availability. Inflatables are only permitted in the indoor pool. Towels are provided in Luxury Villas and Villas Mimosa; other guests must collect towels from the pool area.

No, the beaches in Portugal are all public.

Spa & Wellness

Yes, by appointment. Sauna and steambath can be used at any time even without treatment booked.

Yes, the Oasis pool is adults only zone.

Yes, the gym at the village square is complimentary for guests. There is another outdoor gym at Club 98.

Yes, the bay houses are pet-friendly and ideal for dogs. They are fully fenced and can be booked with an extra charge per day per dog.

Yes, through our preferred rental car partner Europcar prior to arrival or Multirental, a local partner (after check-in). Child seats are available for an additional fee.
