High ropes is a great new activity in the Algarve, which involves moving through a wood using a series of ropes, bridges, wires, nets and zip lines. This is a very physical activity, but a safe and hugely fun one that can be enjoyed individually or in groups. The various difficulty options allow this activity to be suitable for different ages and fitness levels.
The experienced and professional team lead you over to the paintball area which is cordoned off for safety to prevent any stray paintballs from hitting anyone, and you are provided with everything you need for the paintball experience, including a boiler suit to protect your clothes and a mask with goggles for face protection. Gloves are also given out with padding on them along with a paintball gun and ammo.
