The Pinewoods Houses at Martinhal Sagres are positioned in their own separate close, arranged along the edge of a pine forest but remain within easy access of the main resort facilities.

Contemporary in appearance, the use of clean forms and lines underline a stylish simplicity that is also adopted inside. British furniture and interiors designer Michael Sodeau has insisted on high quality materials throughout, and has used natural timber, local stone and other products like cork and wicker to stamp the living spaces with an environmentally sound label.

Perfect for guests looking for the luxury of a private swimming pool, the Pinewood Houses have modern interiors and commodities for your family stay. The 2-bedroom houses have a well-equipped kitchen, generous living and dining rooms that lead to a terrace, a pool and garden furnished with an outside table, chairs, sun beds and fat boys. The swimming pool (3×6m and 1,2m depth) is surrounded by a children’s safety fence. A double room with balcony and en suite bathroom (with shower), a twin room and a further bathroom with bath are located on the first floor.

The 3-bedroom Pinewood houses are perfect for larger families looking for the private family pool fun. These houses have a large private garden and pool area (4x8m and 1,2m depth) protected by a children’s safety fence for relaxing moments. Interiors are chic and family-friendly with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area with sliding doors to a terrace, garden and a pool with outside furniture (table, chairs, sun beds and fat boys). There is also a twin room and a bathroom with shower on the same level. The other two rooms – a double room with balcony and en suite bathroom, a twin room – and a bathroom with bath are located on the upper floor.
